JWH-018 (1-pentyl-3-(1-naphthoyl)indole, NA-PIMO or AM-678) is an analgesic chemical in the naphthoyl indole family, which is expressed in CB 1 and CB 2 cannabinoid receptors, It has certain selectivity for CB 2. It produces effects in animals similar to THC, a cannabinoid found naturally in cannabis, leading to its use in synthetic cannabis products, which in some countries are sold legally as "fragrance blends." As a complete agonist for CB 1 and CB 2 cannabinoid receptors, this compound is classified as an analgesic. The analgesic effects of cannabinoid ligands mediated by CB1 receptors have been well demonstrated in the treatment of neuropathic pain, cancer pain, and arthritis. These compounds work by mimicking the body's naturally occurring endocannabinoid hormones, such as 2-AG and anandamide (AEA), which are biologically active and can intensify or inhibit nerve signaling. Because little is known about the causes of chronic pain states, more research and development must be conducted before the therapeutic potential of such biological compounds can be realized.Email : salesexecutive1@yeah.netirements whatsapp: +8618931626169 wickr: lilywang CAS number | 29622-29-5 | Common name | RAD 150 |
